These website terms govern access to Elite Match Africa, operated by EMA Consulting Group, Azuria Street, Tse Addo, Accra, Ghana. Using the website means you agree to these terms. Applying does not guarantee acceptance or create a matchmaking membership.
You must be at least 18 and legally able to agree to these terms. Information you submit must be truthful, current and yours to provide. Do not impersonate another person, submit unlawful material or upload content without permission.
EMA may accept, decline, pause, waitlist or request more information about an application at its discretion, subject to applicable law. A consultation is not a promise of membership or a successful match. Any paid service begins only under a separate written offer or membership agreement that states scope, fees, duration and cancellation terms.
Do not probe, scrape, copy, disrupt or attempt unauthorised access to the website or any private record. Do not use information obtained through EMA to harass, discriminate, deceive, threaten or harm. Access credentials are personal and must be protected.
Human judgment, compatibility and personal choice are inherently uncertain. EMA does not guarantee acceptance, an introduction, a particular number or timing of introductions, exclusivity, a relationship, marriage or any other personal outcome unless a signed membership agreement expressly says otherwise.
EMA processes information and may offer defined verification steps, but no screening can establish that a person is safe, compatible or truthful in every respect. Members remain responsible for personal decisions, meetings, travel, financial dealings and appropriate safety precautions. Never send money or sensitive credentials to a proposed match.
The EMA name, visual identity, website copy and software are protected by applicable rights and may not be commercially reused without permission. Third-party services and links have their own terms and policies; EMA is not responsible for their independent operation.
We work to provide a secure, reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. To the extent permitted by law, EMA is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising only from website use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
EMA may restrict access to protect people, data or systems or address a breach. These website terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, subject to mandatory rights that apply where you live. Ghanaian courts have jurisdiction unless applicable law requires another forum. Contact us with a concern before commencing a dispute where practical.
