Questions, answered discreetly

A private service should be clear before it asks for trust.

These answers describe EMA’s operating model. Final commercial and legal terms are provided during consultation and onboarding.

Is EMA a dating app?

No. Members do not swipe, browse, like or message a public directory. An authorised matchmaker proposes each introduction.

Who is the service for?

Accomplished Africans and people of African heritage worldwide who are seeking a serious relationship and value intentional, confidential support.

Will my profile be public?

No. Controlled details are disclosed only through the introduction workflow and according to consent and operational need.

How is membership priced?

Membership is offered after consultation and acceptance. Pricing and the scope of service are shared privately for the relevant engagement and market before payment.

Can I pause or close my account?

Members can request a pause, correction, export or closure from the privacy area, subject to lawful retention and legal hold.
