Review the written scope, fee, currency, service period and refund terms before paying. Ask questions before checkout. A payment request should identify the offer or member record it relates to.
Refund policy
Commercial terms agreed before a mandate begins.
EMA does not charge for submitting a public application. Any membership payment follows a written offer or agreement that states the applicable cancellation, refund and service-credit rules.
Requests
Send a refund or billing request through the private member area or the contact details in your agreement. Include the payment reference, date and reason, but never email full card details or identity documents.
Assessment and timing
EMA assesses requests under the signed agreement and mandatory consumer law. Approved card refunds are returned through the original payment provider; bank processing time is outside EMA’s control.
Mandatory rights
Nothing in this policy removes a cancellation, refund, chargeback or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived in the country whose law applies to the transaction.
