Membership is invitation-only. The signed offer or membership agreement provided after consultation controls the commercial relationship and takes priority over this public summary.
Member responsibilities
Members must provide accurate information, respond reasonably, treat staff and proposed matches respectfully, protect confidential information, disclose material changes and follow lawful safety and verification requests.
Introductions
Introductions are curated through human judgment and mutual choice. Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, no minimum outcome, relationship or marriage is guaranteed.
Pauses, ending and records
The signed agreement states pause, cancellation, renewal and closure rules. EMA may suspend service for safety, non-payment, misrepresentation, abuse or material breach. Privacy and record-retention duties can continue after service ends.
Conflicts
If this summary conflicts with a signed offer or membership agreement, the signed document governs the paid service, subject to mandatory law.
